I'm wearing a finished sock ...

... and it's the right size and shape, maybe not quite tight enough to qualify for a shoe wearing sock but feels great on the foot and will be worn in slippers to protect me from my tiled living room floor. And here is a finished sock photo (drum roll)...

Mexico and my first time on the american continent

We left for Mexico on the 19th December. We had a flight from CDG airport in Paris at 13:00.However boyfriend was worried because we had no eticket. When we booked the flight at the beginning of August, we got an eticket, then the company we were flying...

Nutkin socks finished

Yesterday eveing instead of blocking the scarf as planned in yesterday's blogpost, I finished the second Nutkin sock.I'm really happy with the result. As alot of people have already said, they are not very stretchy in the leg so they are a little difficult...

It's been a busy month

As you know I went to Tunisia this week with work... The place I go to is a town called Hammamet which is really well known as a holiday place and obviously there aren't any "simple" hotels so we have to stay in a holiday "ressort" type hotel which looks...

Lacey scarf

Scarf blocking

Written on the 10th Dec: Just so you know I did block the scarf on the 26th Nov... ! I haven't written in a while, time just flew by... again work has been crazy and they also announced the redundancies so it's been difficult. My job is not directly concerned...
